Parents and coaches may create accounts and be linked to athlete accounts. By accepting a link invitation, the athlete grants the parent or coach view access to their progress, assessment results, and training activity. Parents and coaches are responsible for their own account security and for appropriate use of athlete data accessible through their account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

EliteMindRX offers the following subscription tiers (subject to change with notice):
Specific features and pricing for each plan are displayed on the Pricing page. Features and pricing may change; existing subscribers will receive 30 days' notice of price increases.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to training modules, assessments, videos, articles, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to EliteMindRX and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial mental performance training. You may not:

The assessments and training modules are designed as educational tools to build mental skills — not as clinical instruments for diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EliteMindRX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
